DELIVERY INFORMATION

post & PACKAGING

All prints will be packaged with care from my studio in Dublin using fully recyclable and compostable materials. A3 prints will be delivered flat in a biodegradable protective sleeve. A2 prints will be sent in a protective tube.

I am a one woman show so please allow 3-5 days for me to process and dispatch your print. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.

Returns Policy

If in the unhappy incidence that your print arrives to you damaged, or you’re unhappy in any way you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All return costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by me. Please email info@emmaloughlin.ie.

There are no returns on commissioned and custom artwork.
